On Friday, April 1, 2011, we made brownies. They were by far the best brownies I have ever had. Our group had a little trouble getting everything organized for the recipe. When we melted the butter in the pot, then put the eggs in, the butter and pot was still really hot and the eggs pretty much got cooked. After that everything else went well. We put the brownies in the oven for 25 minutes. Making the frosting was a bit difficult, when we finished mixing everything together, the mixture was really dry. So we added water and the frosting formed better and turned our really good. Our brownies finished right before class ended, so we didn't have much time to try them out, because there was still a few dishes. Even though we were rushed, the brownies turned out really good and was definately worth it.
